My favorite analogy that I tend to use is that the Xbox Game Pass is just like a Netflix subscription, except for playing video games. If you are unfamiliar with the Xbox Game Pass, it is a video game subscription service that allows you to purchase the service in exchange for a massive library of games. However, Microsoft will no longer be offering that promotion moving forward. It has been widely determined that the Xbox Game Pass has been one of the best deals in gaming and for new subscribers, you’ve been able to get the first month for just $1.
Over the past six years, Microsoft has done a tremendous job of growing its video game subscription service. The Xbox Game Pass was first released by Microsoft in 2017.
